So far, so good. Paul did a great job on walking us through the Fifth Wheel and Darrell did great job on accessories. We didn't purchase anything yesterday since we were still trying to digest everything. There are obviously several things we'll need based on Darrell's comments and things we just know from conversations with RVers. There's a lot to learn and I'm sure part of it will be trial and error. The tape will definitely help since some of the manuals are vague.
Jean and I appreciated all the help you provided in this decision. While I spent most of the time in working with you, Jean had noticed from the first visit how knowledgeable and helpful everyone was.

Last summer, at an RV park in South Carolina, the shoreline to my motorhome
was fried (I suspect) as a result of a faulty campground electrical box.
Without electricity to run the AC unit, it was a miserable night in the hot
& steamy South. On my way back to Florida, I saw your facility from the
interstate and stopped for help.
After explaining my electrical problem to the service personnel, my unit was
immediately checked-in, evaluated and repaired. I was on my way in a couple
of hours with a new power cord which made the remainder of our journey
pleasant.
With this in mind, I want to express my gratitude to all of the
employees who were friendly, accommodating and helpful in getting me back on
the road with minimum hassle and delay. Absolutely, you may use
this letter as a personal testament for making this customer a "Happy
Camper" and as a recommendation for the quality of customer service
that I experienced at your business.

I would like to bring to your attention the fine service we received
from Kevin Johns and his staff, and including Justin Hainsel. After
a fire in our RV, we required body work which we feel looks superb, and
additionally feel so fortunate that additional electrical internal damage
was discovered that had been originally overlooked. The original insurance
estimate turned out to be more than final price saving State Farm monies to
help others, especially with these current disasters. I commend
Kevin and all at RV World for their honesty and sincerity,
referring to our RV as our "home" and going the extra mile for housekeeping
touches and even turning down our bed.

Two months ago, our family was heartbroken when a tree damaged our camper during a severe storm. Unfortunately, the camper was beyond repair and our family was without a camper for the first time in six years. Our entire family was saddened that an activity we dearly loved, and brought us so much joy, would not be possible.
After a month or so, we decided to begin looking for a replacement camper that was affordable and could address the needs of our growing family. I stopped by RV World of Georgia late on a Friday afternoon after leaving work, not realizing you closed at 6:00, only to meet Brett a few minutes before closing. He was gracious, kind, and listened attentively to my family's needs and quickly began showing me possible options. Not once did I realize, until later, that he overstayed his working hours because he was fully engaged in helping me find that right camper. Needless to say,
we purchased a used 2010 Flagstaff from RV World the following day.
Once we did purchase the camper, our family was introduced to a tremendous service staff that trained and supported my wife and me, and cared for our camper as if it were their own. In particular, Paul, Matt, and Nick helped us incredibly by showing us ways to improve our camping experience and answered our every question. They were thorough inspecting the camper and in fixing everything that needed repairs.
Three weeks after purchasing the flagstaff, another severe storm damaged our new camper. Again, I returned to RV World to help us in our time of need. This time we were introduced to Justin who continued the service oriented culture we have come to expect and admire from RV World. He too listened, encouraged, and supported us in getting the camper fixed.
Justin returned every phone call we made and answered every question we posed. He, just like Brett, Paul, Nick, and Matt, is a real asset to your organization.
For the past month and a half, we have camped every week but one. We have made many memories and have drawn closer together as a family. I know that we only named a small percentage of people that supported us and there are probably many more that we were not aware of. Please thank each of them for us. In addition,
know that you have the Allen family as your customer and advocate to others that are looking to purchase a camper in the future.

I wanted Tiffin to know what a great dealer we have here just north of Atlanta, GA in RV World of GA. The dedication to customer service is only surpassed by friendliness when you walk in the door. They represent the Tiffin line in a well deserved manner. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Allegro Red from them in Feb. 2010.
Edward Correa is without question the finest person I have ever had the pleasure of buying a motor vehicle from in all my 60 years (I have bought a lot). Every time I walk into the dealership he always greets me by my name with a smile and a handshake. This is, unfortunately, all too rare in today's society.
The parts and service department are equally as cordial and extremely knowledgeable about all
the products sold.
I found this dealer when I had a class C motorhome and used them for my service and parts needs and their customer
service at that time was why my wife and I decided to buy from them. That and Edward working with us so well.
We absolutely LOVE this motorhome. The build quality exceeded my expectations. We hope to full time in this unit when
we retire in a couple of years. We are trying to work into our schedule a trip to Red Bay this spring for a tour.

Hi Mark and David,
Sorry but I don't have your last names but I wanted to send you a message about the warranty service I had done at your place this last Thursday-Saturday.
First, we have been RVing since 1968 -- yes, 42 years. We have had two trailers, a truck camper, a VW camper in Europe and this is our 5th motor coach, but our first Tiffin. We had some windows going bad, fogging up, and we don't have any Tiffin dealers in Colorado. I contacted Tiffin and asked if I could take my Phaeton to a dealer while on our winter trip 2009-10. They said yes so I looked at places to have the warranty work done. My son lives in McDonough, just south of the Atlanta area, so I went on line and found your place. I then called Kevin in October 2009, and we discussed the windows, warranty work and my schedule. Well, we arrived Thursday and left on Saturday morning.
RV World of Georgia is a great place to have service done. We were treated like we had bought our coach from you.
I had several questions about other issues and your employees took the time to review them. I have a stress crack under the drivers side bedroom slide -- on the outside. They took pictures of it and contacted Tiffin and sent the pictures too. We could not stay long enough for you to deal with the crack. We also spent two nights in your parking and we really appreciate that. We met four sales guys, a parts guy, the finance lady, the lady that cleans up, the rental lady and maybe a couple of others. They were all very pleasant and seemed proud to work there. This is something you seldom find these days.
Again, I want to thank you and your employees for making our visit friendly and satisfying. I only wish I had a dealership near me like yours.
I will be contacting Tiffin tomorrow about the crack but I will also take the time to tell them about your service.
